| Presently the Environmental Protection Agency gives wavers to Local, County, State and Federal Government Agencies to burn tree waste and disaster waste. 100% pollution and 0% energy. Because they did not have any practical way to dispose of disaster waste or tree waste. Because Local, County, State and Federal Government cannot make a profit disposing of their tree waste or boi-mass. The Environmental Protection Agency allows Local, County, State and Federal Government to violate the Smoke Emission Standards. Nationally I will stop 80% of your local pollution created from burning disaster waste and tree waste. Just buy doing this one small thing. Burn it in a wood burner. |

| One wood burner at a time. I will cut over 30,577,000 Metric tons of carbon. I will get to sell 30,577,000 Metric tons of carbon credits from Iowa. With the right wood burner. I will power a steam locomotive that goes no where. Instead of pulling the train. The train’s wheels turn a 2.5 megawatt wind generator or larger. A moving train losses a lot of energy. Now I can use that lost energy to cook food, dehydrate food, distill water, heat water to wash with and take a bath, heat your home and more. |

| Global Warming: I will have millions of metric tons of carbon credits to capture, just in pollution reduction. Millions of metric tons of carbon credits for the electricity I can extract. Millions of metric tons of carbon credits for heat I extract. And even more from distilled water, treated waste, dehydrated foods and others. Each byproduct worth more then the carbon credits. Especially in an Emergency Situation like in the Sudan or A State Wide Disaster like in Iowa! |

| I will file for Government Grants from Renewable Energy Sources State and Federal. 23% of all government grants are set aside for small disadvantaged business. Even if they are inadequate to do the job. They must give small disadvantaged businesses the help it needs. Surly a minority owned business, owned by a Disabled American Veteran, a small disadvantaged business in a HUBzone, with Targeted Small Business status has some special rights. My rights are clearly spelled out by the Supreme Court and so are the Governments duties. |

| I have products, who do I sell them to? The Government for a fair market price or you and Military Families. For sure not back to the Electric Companies at .6 cents not 10cents. That is why I would prefer to give you a discount on your electricity. |

| Money I get from grants will be used to set up local power plants. Where military families and Americans can save money on your electric bills. |

| The contract I have for city brush dumps. The Renewable Energies Grant moneys I will get. And contracts I will get to sell them back the products produced. Produced off the contracts I get to clean up Disasters or Bio-Mass for their Agencies and Offices. They don’t have to give me any contracts. But they do have to give me special consideration. |

| I have access to get for Americans 1.5 to 2.5 trillion dollars per year for the next four years in jobs. I have said I more in two pages I think more then I have said I in a month. I am not alone in this. I am a Medically Retired Marine. I always joke, my family only moved because we did not want to marry our cousins. I have many lifelong friends. And We have decided we will do this one thing first. Together we can do this nation wide in five years. Employing 20,000,000 people with local green jobs that cannot be outsourced. You do the research and tell me what you need in your area. And I will get that research and development money for Americans from the appropriate State and Federal Agencies. Instead of large corporations who have gotten this money for the past thirty years and done next to nothing. |
